Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will act as the “Director of First Impressions,” balancing the fast-paced environment of a medical office with the high-end service of a luxury spa.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process
• Handle digital intake forms and patient flow
• Manage scheduling for medical and aesthetic services
• Answer calls and emails regarding services and care
• Process payments and manage financing options
• Maintain knowledge of skincare products and services
• Support office operations and maintain a clean front area

Requirements

• High School Diploma required (Associate’s preferred)
• 1+ year front desk experience (medical/spa preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential medical information
• Flexible availability (morning/evening shifts)
